Aunt Lucille Wanderer's Tamale Pie

Ingredients:
- ---------------------------------TAMALE PIE---------------------------------
- 1 c Cornmeal
- 1 c Milk
- 1 16 oz can whole kernal corn
- 1 lb Lean ground beef
- 1 16 oz can of diced tomatoes
- 2 tb Chili powder
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 c Melted butter or margarine
- 2 Eggs--beaten
Instructions:

1 cn Tomato soup
1/4 c Butter or margarine--melted
1 tb Chili powder
Tamale Pie Stir ingredients together in the order given above. Pour into
large casserole dish or 9" x 13" pan. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for
approximately 1 hour or until solid, dry and golden brown.
Sauce Blend ingredients together with a wire wisk.
Serve with sauce over top of individual servings.
OPTIONS Can be cooked in a microwave on high for approximately 20 minutes.
One half of mixed Tamale Pie ingredients may be frozen for baking at a
later date.
