Greek Vegetable Salad

Ingredients:
- 1/2 Head romaine lettuce
- 2 c Chopped tomatoes
- 1 Cucumber; thinly sliced
- 1 sm Onion; sliced or chopped
- 1 Green bell pepper; chopped
- 3 oz Feta cheese; crumbled
- 4 tb Red wine vinegar
- 2 ts Olive oil
- 1 tb Water
- 1 Clove garlic; crushed
- Black pepper

Here's a great salad recipe to accompany that EAster dinner. It is
excellent. It comes from a Jenny Craig Diet Easter Menu so it should be
fairly low in fat.
In a large bowl, toss lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, and green pepper.
Top with cheese. In a separate bowl, whisk oil, vinegar, water, garlic, and
pepper. Pour over salad and toss.
