Green Bean Bravo

Ingredients:
- 2 oz Italian dry salami; cut into
- -strips
- 1 cn (16-oz) green beans
- 1/2 ts Garlic salt
- 1/4 ts Dry mustard
- 2 tb Salad oil
- 1 1/2 tb Tarragon or cider vinegar
- 1/2 c Sliced celery
- 1/4 c Sliced radishes
- 2 Green onions; sliced
- 1 Hard boiled egg; chopped or
- -sliced (optional)
Instructions:
Drain beans & mix well with garlic salt, dry mustard, salad oil, vinegar &
salami. Cover & refrigerate to allow to marinate overnight. Just prior to
serving, add celery, radishes, onions & egg. The egg is optional.
