Green Pea-Catsup Sauce for Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
- 1 c Green peas
- 2 tb Oil
- 1/4 c Catsup
- 2 tb Sherry
- 1 ts Sugar
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 1/4 c Stock
Instructions:
1. Shell green peas.
2. Heat oil. Add peas; stir-fry 1 minute. Then stir in catsup, sherry,
sugar and salt.
3. Add stock and heat quickly.
4. Add deep-fried chicken pieces. Simmer, covered, to heat through; then
serve.
