Avacado-Lime Jello Salad

Serves: 9 Servings

Ingredients:

1 pk (small) lime jello
1 c Boiling water
2 pk (small) cream cheese
1/2 sm Onion; chopped fine
1/2 c Mayonnaise
1 Avacado; mashed
1/2 cn Pimentos; chopped
1/2 c Green pepper; chopped fine
1 c Celery; chopped fine
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
Dissolve jello in water. Soften cream cheese with mayonnaise. Mix together
& then add vegetables to jello. Pour into 9 small molds or 1 large mold.
Chill until firm.
