Guacamole

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c Diced peeled avocado
- 1/2 c Diced seeded tomato
- 1/4 c Finely chopped fresh
- -cilantro
- 1/4 c Finely chopped onion
- 2 tb Fresh lime juice
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl; stir gently. Yield 2 cups.

Carbohydrate; 0mg Cholesterol; 9mg Sodium
