H and C's Irish Cream Liqueur

Ingredients:
- 2 Eggs
- 1 1/3 c Evaporated milk
- 1/2 ts Chocolate syrup
- 1 tb Pure vanilla extract
- 1/3 ts Lemon extract
- 1/4 ts Instant coffee
- 1/4 c Sugar
- 1 3/4 c Irish whiskey
Instructions:
Recipe by: Classic Liqueurs Place all ingredients in a blender; blend well.
Bottle and let mellow in the refrigerator for at least 1 week before
serving. We four this best after 1 to 2 weeks. Store in the refrigerator.
Liqueur may be served at room temperature by removing from the refrigerator
an hour or two before serving. Makes approximately 1 fifth, serve within 6
months.
