Ham and Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:
- 2 pk (3-oz) lemon- or
- -lime-flavored gelatin
- 1 ts Salt
- 2 c Boiling water
- 1 1/2 c Cold water
- 1/4 c Vinegar
- 1 c Slivered; cooked ham
- 1 c Sliced celery
- 3/4 c Diced; drained pineapple
- 1/2 c Thinly sliced quartered
- -cucumber
- 3/4 ts Grated onion
- 1 1/2 -(up to)
- 3 tb Prepared horseradish
- Radish roses
- Cucumber slices
Instructions:
Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water. Add cold water and vinegar.
Chill until very thick. Fold in remaining ingredients except radish roses
and cucumber slices. Pour into two 1-quart ring molds. Chill until firm.
Unmold on platter. Garnish with radish roses and cucumber slices. Serve
with your favorite dressing. Yield: 8 servings.
