Ham and Sliced Pineapple

Ingredients:
- 1 cn (8 oz) pineapple tidbits in
- -unsweetened juice;
- -undrained
- 1 tb Dark brown sugar
- 1/4 ts Apple pie spice
- 1 ts Cornstarch
- 4 4-oz slices 97%-fat-free
- -hickory-smoked ham
- 4 Thin green bell pepper
- -rings; if desired
Instructions:
1. In medium bowl, combine pineapple with juice, brown sugar, apple pie
spice and cornstarch; blend well. Set aside.
2. Spray 12-inch nonstick skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over
medium-high heat until hot. Add ham slices; cover and cook 3 minutes.
3. Turn ham. Add pineapple mixture to skillet around ham; stir gently. Top
ham with bell pepper rings. Cover, cook 3 to 4 minutes or until pineapple
mixture thickens slightly and ham is thoroughly heated. To serve, stir
pineapple mixture; spoon onto ham slices.
4 servings.
