Directions:

In an large skillet, combine cream and mustard. Bring to a boil. Reduce to
medium heat and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, until slightly thickened,
stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients except pasta. Heat
throughly. Serve over hot pasta., Serves 4-6.


Ingredients:

1 1/2 c Whipping cream
1/3 c Dijon style mustard
1 lb Diced Smoked Ham
3 c Chopped broccoli, cooked
1 cn Mushrooms, scliced,4 oz size
1/4 ts White pepper
6 c Hot cooked pasta noodles,
-ribbons, or vermicelli

6 Servings
