Beat eggs in a bowl, adding a pinch of salt. Heat 2 Tablespoons oil in a
pan and add eggs, cooking for 1 minute. Add 2 cups cold rice and fry well,
mixing with the eggs.

2 c Cooked rice; cold
1/4 c Ham; chopped
2 tb Peas
1/3 c Onion; shredded
Sprinkle soy sauce
