Hawaiian Carrots

Ingredients:
- 6 md Carrots; peeled and sliced
- -in 1/4" chunks
- 1 cn (8 oz) crushed pineapple
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 2 tb Big Chief Brown Sugar
- 2 tb Margarine
- 1 ts Cornstarch

Place carrots in casserole dish. Drain 2 tablespoons of juice from the
pineapple and add to carrots. Cover. Microwave on high for 6 to 7 minutes,
stirring after 3 minutes cooking time. In a small bowl, combine crushed
pineapple with juice and remaining ingredients. Microwave on high 45 to 60
seconds or until thickened and bubbly. Pour over carrots and toss to coat.
Cover and microwave on high for 1 to 2 minutes more.
Makes approximately 4 servings.
