Hawaiian Fruit Ring

Ingredients:
- 1 c Diced oranges (about 3)
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 1 c Orange juice and water
- 1 pk (3-oz) orange gelatin
- 1 c Hot water
- 1 tb Grated orange rind
- 3 tb Chopped maraschino cherries
- 1 c Pineapple tidbits; drained,
- -cut in half
Instructions:
Comi=bine orange and sugar. Let stand 10 minutes. Drain and add water to
make 1 cup. Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add orange juice, water and
orange rind. Chill until slightly thickened and fold in fruits. Pour into
1-1/2 quart mold or individual molds. Garnish with sweetened whippen cream,
coconut, cut cherries and mint leaves, if desired.
