Helen's Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients:
- 1 Head cabbage; shredded
- 2 tb (heaping) granulated sugar
- 2 tb (heaping) vinegar
- 1/4 c Mayonnaise
Instructions:
Mix sugar and vinegar until sugar is dissolved; add mayonnaise to mixture.
Toss cabbage with dressing. Sprinkle poppy seeds or celery seeds to taste
if desired. Serves 6.
