Herbed Anchovy Dressing (Salsa Boquerone

Ingredients:
- 1 sm Onion; minced
- 1 Clove garlic; minced
- 1/4 ts Basil
- 1/4 ts Thyme
- 1 ts Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tb Tomato catsup
- 1/4 ts Oregano
- 1 cn Anchovy fillets; with oil
- 1/3 c Wine vinegar
- Pepper to taste

Serve on green salad
Combine onion, garlic, herbs, and anchovies Mash to paste. Add remaining
ingredients. Beat until well blended. yield 1 1/2 cups.
