Cut fish into serving size pieces; arrange on broiler pan. In bowl
combine butter, lemon juice, tarragon & lemon pepper. Brush fish with
herb butter, sprinkle with paprika. Broil 4-6 minutes. Brush fish
with herb butter during broiling. Serve with lemon wedges.
1 lb Pollock fillets
1/3 c Melted butter
1 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 ts Dried tarragon
1/4 ts Lemon pepper
