Cut beef into bite size pieces. Melt butter; add meat & brown on all sides.
Add onions & tomatoes & cook until onion is golden brown. Stir in sour
cream, salt, pepper & one large spoonful of barbecue sauce. Mix well; broil
2 minutes.
