1/2 c Margarine
4 tb Cocoa
5 tb Evaporated milk
1 c Cold water
1 c Pecans; chopped
1 ts Baking soda
4 tb Cocoa
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 ts Ground cinnamon
1 lb Powdered sugar
1/4 ts Salt
