Honey Wheat Bread #3

Ingredients:

1 1/4 c Water; warmed
1 1/2 tb Canola oil
1/4 c Honey
1 1/2 ts Salt
2 c Whole-wheat flour
3/4 c Unbleached flour
1/4 c Wheat germ
3 tb Cracked wheat ; optional
3 1/2 tb Vital wheat gluten
1 1/2 tb Whey
1 1/4 tb Lecithin granules or liquid
2 tb Soy flour; optional
2 ts Active dry yeast

Put the ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed. Reverse the
order if your machine calls for dry ingredients first. Set machine on whole
wheat cycle, medium crust. Press start.
