Horseradish and Beet Relish

Ingredients:
- 2 c Beets
- 1/2 c Sugar
- 1 sm Onion
- 4 oz Horseradish
- 1/2 c Vinegar
Instructions:
Grind beets and onions, stir in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate
overnight.
NOTES : Keeps for about 3 months covered in the refrigerator.
