Hot Chicken Salad #3

Ingredients:
- 4 c Cooked; cubed chicken
- 4 c Chopped celery
- 1 c Slivered almonds
- 1 ts Salt
- 4 tb Chopped onion
- 1 c Mayonnaise
- 6 tb Chopped pimento
- 4 tb Lemon juice
- 1 cn (10.75-oz) cream of chicken
- -soup
- 1 c Grated American cheese
- 6 c Crushed potato chips
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients except cheese & chips. Toss lightly & place in a large,
shallow baking dish. Spread chips, then cheese on top. Bake at 350 until
brown & cheese is melted, about 30-45 minutes. Serves 16.
