Prepare a wood or charcoal grill and let it burn down to embers. Grill
lobster meat for 15 minutes or until cooked.
In a small mixing bowl combine mayonnaise, Ancho powder and lemon juice.
Season to taste with salt and pepper
4 Lobsters, (1 1/2 pound)
-killed-remove meat from
-claws and tails
2 lg Ripe red tomatoes, sliced
-1/4-inch thick
2 lg Ripe yellow tomato sliced
-1/4-inch thick
1 lg Sweet onion sliced 1/4-inch
-thick
1 Haas avocado, sliced
2 tb Mayonnaise
1/4 ts Ancho Chili powder
1 Lemon , Juice of
Salt and freshly ground
-pepper to taste
4 Sourdough baguettes
