Hungarian Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:
- 3 Cucumbers; Thinly sliced
- 1 c Sugar
- Salt
- 1/2 c Vinegar
- Sour cream ( optional )
- 1 ts Paprika
- Black pepper; to taste
Instructions:
1. Place thinly sliced cucumbers in a bowl, scrub them with the salt and
sugar.
2 .Let stand overnight in the fridge.
3. Squeeze out all the liquid.
4. Add vinegar, pepper.
5. Serve sprinkled with paprika and a little sour cream.
NOTES : Without the cream may be kept a week in the fridge. unmold
