Hushpuppies #03

Serves: 1 Servings

Ingredients:

1 c Yellow corn meal
1/2 c Flour
1 Egg
1 ts Sugar
4 ts Diced onion
1 ds Salt
1 c Buttermilk

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Drop by spoonful into hot oil. Fry
until brown. May substitute 1 cup sweet milk plus 1 teaspoon soda for
buttermilk.
