Ice Cream Pudding

Ingredients:

1 pk Instant pudding mix; your
-favorite flavor
1 c Cold milk
2 c Softened ice cream; one that
-compliments the pudding
Fresh fruit

Instructions:
In mixing bowl, beat pudding mix and milk on low for 1 minute. Fold in ice
cream until smooth. Spoon into dishes. Chill for at least an hour. Garnish
with fruit

* I am using vanilla pudding/ice cream with fresh blueberries.
