Iced Banana Cream

- -brown) bananas, totalling
- -approx 400g
- 1/2 c Caster sugar (superfine
- -sugar)
- 2 tb Lemon juice
- 1 ct (300ml) chilled cream;
- -beaten thick

Terrace Times, Bicentennial Cookbook to take the heat out of the day.

Simple, attractive, delicious and refreshing. Sprinkle bananas with sugar
and lemon juice. Fold into cream. Freeze, covered, in 6-8 small pots or 2
ice cream trays for at least 4 hours. Serve from freezer. Posted to TNT -
