Indian Chicken Curry Balls

Ingredients:
- 4 oz Cream cheese; softened
- 2 tb Mayonnaise
- 1 c Chopped cooked chicken
- 1 c Roasted chopped almonds
- 1/2 ts Salt
- 2 ts Curry powder
- 1 tb Chopped chutney
- 1/2 c Shredded coconut
Instructions:
Combine first two ingredients, add the chicken, almonds and curry powder,
and chutney. Refrigerate to firm. Form into small balls and roll in
shredded coconut. Cover and chill. Refrigerate for at least 24 hrs. Will
keep up to three days. Serves 8
