Indian Cucumber Salad

Ingredients:
- 3 md Size cucumbers;
- 1 c Plain low-fat yogurt;
- 1 tb Fresh lemon juice
- 1 ts Ground cumin;
- 1 ts Dried mint leaves;
Instructions:
Peel cucumber, cut in half, discard seeds and slice thinly. Mix
remaining ingredients together, add cucumbers and stir together.
