Italian Canoles

Ingredients:
- 1/3 c Olive oil
- 1 1/2 c Chopped onion
- 1 Clove garlic; minced
- 2 c Tomato sauce
- 1 ts Basil
- 1 1/2 c Water
- 2 tb Chopped parsley
- 1 tb Sugar
- 1 ts Salt
- 1 ts Oregano
- 1/4 ts Pepper
Instructions:

1 1/2 lb Italian sausage; browned
1 lb Mozzarella cheese; cubed
Pizza dough (frozen bread
-dough)
Saute onion and garlic in oil. Pour rest of ingredients in together. Add
water; bring to a boil and simmer 2 hours.
Flatten out balls of thawed bread dough; fill with meat and cubed cheese.
Seal edges; bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with Italian sauce.
