Italian Lemon Ice

Ingredients:
- 8 Lemons (up to 10)
- 1 tb Grated lemon peel
- 1 1/2 c. lemon juice (up to 1)
- 8 c Water
- 1/2 ts Salt
Instructions:
For a difference in flavor, add 2 or more cups of another fruit that is
sliced, diced or pureed. Such as strawberries, cherries, watermelon,
raspberries. In saucepan, bring to a boil 2 cups water and 2 cups sugar.
Let cool. Then mix together in an ice cream freezer as you would regular
ice cream.
