Italian Meat Loaf

Ingredients:
- 1 Egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 lb Ground beef
- 1 cn (8 oz) pizza sauce
- 3/4 c (3 oz.) Velveeta Shredded
- Pasteurized Process Cheese
- Food
- 3/4 c Old fashioned or quick
- Oats, uncooked
- 1/4 c Cold water
- 1/2 ts Dried oregano leaves,crushed
Instructions:
In a large bowl,combine all ingredients except 1/4 cup of the sauce; mix
lightly.Shape into a loaf in a 10 x 6" baking dish. Bake @ 350 degrees for
1 hour. Top with remaining sauce. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
Makes 6 servings.
