Jack Daniel's Double Shot Pork or Poultry Glaze

Ingredients:

1/2 c JACK DANIEL'S WHISKEY
1 1/3 c HONEY
3 tb LEMON JUICE
1/2 ts BLACK PEPPER, freshly ground

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Serve as a sauce or glaze for
grilled chicken or pork. Makes 2 cups.
