Jack's Cole Slaw

Serves: 6 Servings

Ingredients:

1/2 sm Head green cabbage, shredded
1 Red bell pepper, julienne
1 Yellow bell pepper, julienne
2 tb Fresh dill
1 tb Dill seed
1/2 tb Chipotle powder
1/2 c Good quality mayonnaise
Salt and freshly ground
-pepper

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well. Season to taste with
