Jalapeno Sauce

Ingredients:
- 12 Jalapeno peppers; de-seeded
- 8 oz Cider vinegar
- 3 Cloves garlic; bruised
- 10 Peppercorns
- 1 Bay leaf
Instructions:
I have concocted a jalapeno sauce that I wish to share. Having a surplus of
jalapenos from my garden, I tried this:
Place peppers and vinegar in blender and homogenize at warp 9 for about 2-3
minutes Funnel into a bottle and add rest of ingredients
