Ingredients:
- 1 REGULAR-SIZED PKG.
- -SUGAR-FREE JELLO; (ANY
- -FLAVOR - THOUGH STRAWBERRY
- -IS VERY GOOD!)
- 1 CONTAINER FAT-FREE COOL
- -WHIP; THAWED
- 1 cn CRUSHED PINEAPPLE (PACKED IN
- -OWN FRUIT JUICE; NO SUGAR
- -ADDED), DRAINED
- 1 FAT-FREE ANGEL FOOD CAKE
Instructions:
MIX JELLO ACCORDING TO PACKAGE DIRECTIONS. REFRIGERATE UNTIL FIRM. IN BIG
BOWL, BREAK UP JELLO INTO BITE-SIZED PIECES. ADD DRAINED PINEAPPLE AND COOL
WHIP. MIX WELL. SPOON OVER SLICES OF ANGEL FOOD CAKE.
VARIATION: TRY SUBSTITUTING OTHE FRUITS FOR THE PINEAPPLE, SUCH AS CRUSHED
STRAWBERRIES (WITH ARTIFICIAL SWEETNER), ETC. ALSO, VARY FLAVORS OF
SUGAR-FREE JELLO TO COMPLIMENT YOUR FRUIT CHOICES.
