Jan's Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients:
- Garlic Clove -- to taste;
- Minced
- 1 md Onion -- dice fine
- 4 tb Parmesan Cheese -- grated
- 1/4 lb Provolone Cheese -- grated
- 1/2 lb Sausage Meat -- Bob Evans
- 1 lb Mushroom Caps -- whole,
- Large
Instructions:
Saute sausage until crumbly. Add onion and garlic, and cook until soft.
Drain sausage mixture.
Fold cheeses into mixture, and stuff the mushroom caps.
Bake in a 375 degree oven for 20 minutes. Broil for a few minutes to
lightly brown top, if desired.
