Japanese Fruit Pie

Ingredients:
- 1 Cube margarine,melted,cooled
- 1 c Sugar
- 2 Eggs,beaten
- 1/2 ts Vinegar
- 1 ts Vanilla extract
- 1/2 c Chopped dates
- 1/2 c Coconut
- 1/2 c Chopped nuts
- 1 Unbaked pie shell
Instructions:
Combine margarine,sugar,eggs,vinegar and vanilla in bowl.Mix well.
Stir in dates,coconut and nuts.Pour into pie shell.Bake in 300 degree oven
for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown.Makes 6 to 8 servings.
