Japanese Fruit Pie #1

Ingredients:
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
- 1 Stick margarine
- 1 c Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 c White or dark raisins
- 1/2 c Chopped nuts
- 1 tb Vinegar
- 1/4 c Coconut; optional
Instructions:
Cream butter, sugar & eggs; add other ingredients. Pour into pie shell.
Bake for 10 minutes at 400, turn oven down to 325 & bake for 40-45 minutes
more.
