Baked Apricots

Ingredients:
- 2 cn (29-oz) peeled apricot
- -halves; drained
- 1 Stick butter; melted
- 1/2 c Apricot juice
- 1 Box (9-oz) Ritz crackers
- 2/3 c Brown sugar
- Cinnamon
Instructions:
Grease shallow 2-quart casserole. Layer with apricots. Add brown sugar,
sprinkle with cinnamon and top with crushed cracker crumbs. Pour butter and
apricot juice over. Bake at 300 for 25-30 minutes.
