John Willingham's W'ham Mild Seasoning Mix

Ingredients:

2 tb Salt
1 ts Pepper (black); freshly
-ground
1 ts Lemon peper
1 ts Cayenne pepper
1 ts Chili powder
1 ts Dry mustard
1 ts Sugar (brown); dark or light
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1 pn Cinnamon
1 pn MSG; optional

Instructions:
In a small bowl or glass jar with a lid, combine all ingredients. Stir or
shake to mix. Use immediately or store in a cool, dark place for several
months.
