Judy Austin's Black-Eyed Peas

Ingredients:
- 32 oz Canned black-eyed peas
- 3 1/2 oz Packaged sliced pepperoni,
- -diced
- 1 md Green pepper, diced
- 1 md Onion, diced
- 1/4 ts Hot sauce
- 2 tb Hot taco sauce
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a Dutch oven over low heat. Cover and simmer for
1 hour, stirring occasionally. 8 servings.
I did find this in Southern Living, so I hope it doesn't offend
traditionalists :-).
