Judy's Crab Cakes

Ingredients:
Instructions:
In a bowl, bet egg slightly. Add remaining ingredients except butter and
mix gently and thoroughly. Shape into cakes.

Melt butter in non-stick fry pan. Over medium heat, fry cakes until golden
brown on each side.
