Juicy Chicken

Ingredients:
- 3 c Cheerios cereal; finely
- -crushed
- 1 ts Salt
- 1/2 ts McCormick/Schilling black
- -pepper
- 2 1/2 lb Broiler-fryer chicken; cut
- -up
- 1/2 c Evaporated milk
- 2 tb Blue Bonnet margarine;
- -melted
Instructions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line oblong pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches, with aluminum
foil. Mix cereal, salt and pepper. Dip chicken into milk; roll in cereal
mixture until well coated. Place chicken skin sides up in pan; drizzle with
melted margarine. Bake until chicken is done, about 1 hour (do not turn
chicken). 4 servings.
