Preheat oven to 350øF. Butter an 8 inch Pan. Coat the bottom of pan with
crumbs & refrigerate.
In a large bowl, combine sugar and cornstarch. Beat in cream cheese, then
egg. Add heavy cream beating constantly. Add vanilla and beat well. Pour
into pan.
Bake until top is golden ( 40 - 45 mins)
Cool in pan for 3 Hours
