Combine cornmeal and salt; add boiling water and stir well. Add remaining
ingredients. Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto a greased griddle. Bake
at 450 for 15 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.

1/2 c Boiling water
1/2 c Whipping cream
1 tb Butter
1 ts Baking powder
