Directions:

Mix all dry ingredients and put in bag. Coat pieces of chicken in this
mixture. Place on greased shallow baking pan and bake in 350 oven 45-60
minutes.


Ingredients:

2 c Flour
1/2 c Cornmeal
2 tb Dry mustard
2 tb Paprika
1 tb Garlic powder
1 tb Celery salt
1 tb Pepper
1 ts Ginger
1/2 ts Tyme
1/2 ts Oragano
1 Broiler chicken cut up
