Layered Spinach Salad #1

Ingredients:
- 9 oz Refrigerated cheese
- -tortellini; uncooked
- 2 c Red cabbage; shredded
- 6 c Spinach leaves; torn
- 1 c Cherry tomatoes; halved
- 1/2 c Green onions; sliced
- 8 oz Reduced calorie ranch
- -dressing
- 8 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled

Recipe By : Country Folk Art Magazine, September 1995 Cook the tortellini
to desired doneness as directed on the package. Drain; rinse with cold
water. In a large flat salad bowl or 13 x 9- inch baking dish, layer the
cabage, spinach, tortellini, tomatoes and green onions. Pour the dressing
over the ingredients. Sprinkle with bacon. Cover and refrigerate until
serving time.
