About an hour before you light the grill slice the eggplant and place it in
a collander in the sink.. When you start the fire marinatethe eggplantt
in Italian Dressing. I use a large ziplocked bag. When the fire is hot
grill until soft and nicely browned. Serve with yogurt.
1 md Eggplant; sliced 1/2" thick
1/2 c Italian dressing; bottled
3/4 c Plain low-fat yogurt
