BARBECUE DRESSING
3/4 c Mayonnaise
1 tb Barbecue sauce
1/4 ts Liquid smoke
Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice & salt. Add rice, celery, olives &
barbecue dressing; toss lightly & sprinkle with protein chips & garnish
with parsley.
