3 tb Fresh lemon juice
1 ts Grated lemon peel
1 ts Vanilla extract
3 c Cake flour
1 tb Ground ginger
1 ts Cinnamon (?)
1 ts Baking powder
1 ts Baking soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 1/4 c Buttermilk
